Who is SoundTrack ?
Sound Track is a French collective who are riding track bike since few years now. Yes we are doing tricks on fixed gear bikes and we love it so much that we finally decided to make this blog, to support the local scene, riders and fixie industry.
We love our bikes and we want to share with you what we like and we want to organize the most of things which can allow to grow up the fixed gear community ...
But who is SOUNDTRACK ?

But what I do in the collective ? First I ride (and I guess this is the most important), I like to doing tricks with my beautiful GOrilla, I have done this blog, I am editing some videos of the site and many more things ...
I hope, I can help to developp the fixed gear scene especially the street part !
My Bikes :
- US Creteil training frame, with Once fork, brooks saddle ...
- GOrilla Kilroy, with RNS2 fork, profile crankset, san marco saddle and many other things
THIBS

Nickname : Thib's
Age : 28
Years of fixed gear : 2
But what I do in the collective ? With Tomy, we came up with this idea of doing stuffs in the scene and after watching what was going on around we thought making a collective and a blog was the best way to make our hope become concrete. We want our collective to be open up on the Parisian and French fixie scene and we want to convey the community's values further away...
So we came up first with the idea of the PREMIERE Contest and everyone is supporting us, thus it's great! Finally it takes a lot of our personal time but I think when we see all the trickers' enthusiasm it is worth living it :-) I hope kids are gonna be graceful and take part in this adventure with us!
My bikes:
- Specialized Langster Boston (with Mavic Elipse wheel-set and a Deda bulhorn to ride the roads strong and long)
- A old Routens training track frame for chilling around the streets
- A Schwinn Homegrown MTB of light freeriding
- A VOLUME Cutter V.4 for tricks in fixed gear bike, this one is my new master one ;-)
NICOL
Nickname : NicoL

Number of year fixed : 1
But what I do in the collective ?
Sometimes it's good to do things with a bunch of friends and to have a goal in common. We all want to progress and learn from each other. For me it is very motivating to go riding with friends and sharing tips. It helps me learning faster and discovering new places I would never have been to otherwise.
Soundtrack is also a good way to use my music and graphic skills and sharing it with all the other talents we have in the crew.
My bike :
Riding In Circle trick frame.
Actually waiting for the frame (my 5th !). I chose it because I still believe I can find a bike versatile enough to ride the roads fast and trick too ! It is made of high quality steel tubing which provides stiffness and lightness but is also conceived to resist to hard landings…
If it is good enough for all the uses I need it for, I think I wil stop changing my frames every two months.
STAYNERV

Nickname : Staynerv
Age : 25
Years of fixed gear : 2
But what I do in the collective ? When Thib's and Tomy have approached me about the project Soundtrack I immediately joined. Their motivation in setting the organization of PREMIERE contest demonstrates their willingness to move the French scene. It is also the common desire to centralize and disseminate some of our creations in a group comprising the coolest people I have known in years of riding. I'm the no street skill man of the crew. The serious shit is photographing (and soon filming) the others guys doing it right. But i hope to improve my tricks thanks to soundtracks, this is the deal.
My Bikes : 3 bikes for 3 different uses.
- One blue frame, dug up in the basement of my parents. It allowed me to make my mark in fixed gear cheaply, two years ago. Suicide hub in the beginning, he now has a correct assembly and serves as my backup bike. Good geometry, the bottom bracket will change but it’s not a priority.Rear blue velocity wheel, front noname black wheel, road handlebars, saddle plastic fears nothing. The bicycle to let out without scruples.
- German Framework veloheld No. 69, my first set. Nothing unusual except limited 100EX. Ratio versatile bike that I use every day to go to work. Will be a more street soon.
- A new being assembled, larger ratio. The cheapest item? The frame, 50 €. Editing finished soon I hope. The fix that will allow me to ride very seriously. Around the frame, a seat turbo, miche hub, H + son, spinergy, thomson, cinelli etc.
